Start your return
Go to your Google Store order history, select the items you wish to return, and click the 'Return' button to generate your request.
Print your label
Check your email for a return authorization and a prepaid shipping label, then print them out to include with your package.
Pack your items
Place the device in its original packaging with all included cables and accessories to ensure you receive a full refund.
Ship it back
Attach the prepaid label to the outside of the box and drop it off at the designated carrier location within the return window.
